Endometriosis pain relief is something I get asked about often. And no wonder!
The advice women have been given about how to get rid of the pain is unbelievable. For example, have you ever been told by a doctor that the way to get rid of endometriosis pain is to get pregnant? That’s not exactly helpful, is it?
I have pretty deep convictions about this because I’ve learned how adjustments to your diet and lifestyle can bring about the pain relief endometriosis sufferers are seeking – and I have to be honest and say that it’s not really all that simple. But that’s why I’m here. I’m going to break it down for you on this episode of SFT TV.
Autoimmune issues and why endometriosis may fall into the autoimmune category.
One of the amazing things we’re discovering about endometriosis is that it appears to be very closely related to autoimmune conditions. That’s right, endo “behaves” in a very similar way and the same approaches to autoimmune conditions that are proving helpful are also proving to be beneficial for endometriosis pain relief. So… on this episode I’m going to walk you through part one of a two-part series about endometriosis and how to make the changes that can bring the pain relief you’re seeking.
The possible correlation between a leaky gut and endometriosis.
It’s been shown through testing and research that autoimmune conditions are often caused by a leaky gut. Yes, I know – not pleasant to talk about but very necessary. And what does it have to do with endometriosis (our topic today)? The same things that help relieve autoimmune conditions are proving to be helpful in relieving endometriosis pain as well. So, addressing the diet issues that contribute to a leaky gut is one of the first steps we need to take. That means understanding the things you eat that make you more prone to leaky gut – and removing them from your diet – could have a major impact on your endometriosis pain.
Find out more, on this episode. I get into the specifics for you!
Dietary changes that can help with endometriosis pain relief.
Did you know – DID YOU KNOW – that things like gluten, stress, and non-organic foods have been connected to leaky gut and that leaky gut is one of the suspected contributors to endometriosis? It’s true.
So if you can remove gluten and some of those other contributing foods from your diet, guess what? You’re going to address the CAUSES of endometriosis pain and start to find the relief you need!
There are also particular foods you can eat that will help make your gut healthier and speed up the healing process. Want to know what they are? I go into it in-depth on the video above!
