Alright, so I’m going to be straight up, no sugar-free sugar coating anything here.
At one point, reading comments on social media seriously bugged me. It would stress me out and make me doubt myself. I soon realized that I needed to empower myself not just with thought, but also with feeding myself well and supplementing properly. Why: because we all deal with haters and stress in some form or capacity.
So today I wanted to breakdown how to deal with haters.
In this week’s video you’ll learn how our stress response can actually promote inflammation. I also give you the goods on which supplement I love to calm the inflammatory response and which I take on a daily.
And let me say this, I’ll admit I’m an emotional eater and sugar is my vice. So if I feel stressed be it by a hater or something else, I will run over squirrels just to get me my fix.
So what do I do: Take one teaspoon of unpasteurized apple cider vinegar.
According to Chinese Medicine sour is on the opposite side of sweet, so it cancels it out. Another great suggestion is taking two dropper’s worth of bitters like St. Francis Canadian Bitters which you can find at your local Canadian health food store. Americans, you can get your bitters on here. PS – it’s excellent to prevent bloating when taking it five to ten minutes before each meal.
At the end of the day, I realized that it’s not the haters that should bug me, because if I’m physically and emotionally strong it should roll off my back…a little bit easier (cus hey, I’m totally empathic and still a sensitive soul). And truthfully, so can you.
So now I’ve got to ask you? How do you handle haters?
And if you’re reading this and want some more tools, then don’t forget to take my instant health assessment now.
Mad love always hot stuff,
