Hey Hot Stuff,

Alright, I haven’t told many people this, but I’m doing so because maybe you’ll be able to relate, so here goes…**deep breath**

For a while there, I had such crippling anxiety that I’d wait for Arik, my fiance to leave for work before I’d break down crying. I didn’t hide it from him because I feared he’d be incompassionate, but rather because I didn’t know how to explain my anxiety. In fact, I had no idea why I was even getting it. After years of shitty relationships and bartending to make ends meet, I was finally in a pretty damn good position in my life. But my anxiety was at an all-time high, so I lived with it in complete silence as a token closet anxiety sufferer.

And from listening to patients, I definitely wasn’t alone.

Thankfully, I discovered how to get over anxiety with natural remedies that worked wonders (especially one secret weapon supplement that I’ll be revealing in this week’s video).

So this morning as I slept RIGHT THROUGH my alarm and missed my flight (*face palm*) I could feel my anxiety just about to explode. I reached immediately for my secret weapon supplement and instantly got on the phone to get the next flight out and now I can happily say you’re hearing from me from a plane way up in the skies en route to Santa Barbara.
