Lately, every time I check out my social feeds or watch the news, I’m seeing nothing but defence strategies. And while I’m not telling you not to wash your hands or socially distance yourself, I do feel we’re missing a much bigger picture here. So my goal is to focus on being proactive, rather than fueling more fear.
So in this latest video, I’m talking to you about:
How to protect your immune system by limiting your EMF exposure.

Now there are some fields that we’re naturally exposed to like those from the sun, but the ones we really have to be careful of are some of the man-made ones generated from your smartphones, smart meters and wifi.
Just because we can’t see these frequencies doesn’t mean they don’t cause harm. In fact there’s emerging evidence to suggest that it has an impact on our health.
For example, according to the Marion Institute, EMF’s have been shown to slow down the growth of beneficial gut bacteria.(1) And remember your gut is where the majority of your immune system resides!
EMF’s will also increase your toxic load by having an effect on your detox organs.(2) The higher your toxin load, the more susceptible you will be to getting sick.
EMF’s also increase cortisol, the hormone released in response to stress plus it reduces progesterone levels.
This is not only bad news bears if you’ve got an estrogen dominant condition like PCOS, fibroids, bad PMS, endo, or cysts, but what you may not know is progesterone inhibits an inflammatory innate immune response.
And lastly, as someone who has a thyroid autoimmune condition and would be considered immunocompromised, reducing and limiting my time on my devices is something I’m militant about.
Now listen, I’m not telling you that this is the only way to protect yourself, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t inform you about all of this.
I also want to be clear that this isn’t meant to be a scare tactic either, so let’s focus on what you can do, shall we?
Number 1: turn off your routers when you go to bed and put your phone on airplane mode.
By doing this you may even notice that your sleep will improve.
Number 2: never carry your phone in your pocket and avoid using it when there’s a weak signal.
Believe it or not some phones can ramp up their emissions by 1000x in areas where the signal is poor.
Number 3: stop using those bluetooth earbuds!
You are literally sending EMF’s right to your head! Instead use earbuds with the cord!
Number 4: avoid using your phone while in a moving vehicle
The EMF you’re exposing yourself to goes up tremendously when you’re in a car where signals are bouncing around.
Number 5: get outside into nature and place your feet on the ground which is a process called earthing.
Electrical conductivity exists within the matrix that functions as an immune system defence, similar to antioxidants.
